    歲月如梭,轉眼間一個學期的工作又結束了,回顧這學期的點點滴滴,頗感欣慰,孩子們的每一點進步都傾注了我們老師的心血,當然更離不開家長對我們工作的支持和配合??粗⒆觽円粡垙埢顫姡蓯鄣男δ?,我覺得自己的付出并沒有白費,現(xiàn)在我就對本學期的個人工作做如下總結:
    一、工作方面
    在日常的工作中,我能認真的完成各項工作計劃,記錄,認真對待每天的一日活動,有準備的組織豐富有趣的教育活動。注意給膽小的、注意力易分散的孩子多一些鼓勵;給體弱的孩子多一些照料;給能干的孩子多一些挑戰(zhàn)……。在每一次的教學活動中,我們都讓每位孩子舉手回答問題,在一次次的鼓勵下,許多小朋友在上課時都能集中注意力了。當老師提問時,有些小朋友就會用求助的眼光看著我們,這時當我們給孩子一個鼓勵的眼光時,有的孩子就能勇敢的舉起小手。通過本學期的五個主題教學,孩子們從《最棒的我》觀察自己的長相發(fā)現(xiàn)自己與別人不同的外貌特征。同時通過傾聽來辨別老師和同伴知道每個人聲音不同、《妙妙鼻》學習認識鼻子的功能,討論動物鼻子的特點,而且用不同的方法描繪動物鼻子的藝術特點、《傘花朵朵開》認識大自然中傘狀的植物,分享有關傘狀植物的經(jīng)驗、《好忙的市場》了解逛超市要注意文明,安全以及學習買賣物品的對話方式、《給你一封信》知道寫信需用的工具,而且還了解郵票的基本特征的基礎上,啟發(fā)幼兒設計不同的郵票圖案。小朋友們通過這五個主題學習在動手能力、想象力、創(chuàng)造力也大大提高了。
    二、家長工作方面
    家長工作也是我們教育的一個重要部分。我班的家長們對于幼兒園各項工作開展的目的,方式方法有所認識。許多家長非常重視教育,也知道從何下手,來配合教師。因此,開學初,我們主要是和家長們溝通,詳細介紹。為了讓家長更了解我們的工作,我們通過多種形式(半日開放、家園手冊、家長園地、多利用早、晚接待與離園時與家長交談、個別幼兒打電話等形式)向家長介紹幼兒在園的生活、學習情況,讓家長更加放心地把他們的孩子放在我們幼兒園學習,生活。當然在我們的工作中還存在著不足,所以我想在以后的工作中我會不斷實踐和總結,爭取將這份工作做得更好。
    三、德育工作方面
    很多家長都很理解我們的工作,說:你們好辛苦呀,我們家就一個孩子,幾個大人帶都不聽話,你們是一個帶幾十個孩子,真不容易。那要有多大的耐心啊!
    否則孩子們整天吵死了。其實做為一名幼兒教師光有耐心是不夠的,我們還有細心,更重要的是要有一個愛心,這顆愛心要平等地對待每一個孩子,這顆愛心撒向每一個角落的都是一樣的愛,只有這樣你不但能贏得孩子們的心,還可以贏得家長和朋友們的心。愛孩子不是說在嘴上,而是要放在心里,愛孩子要了解孩子們的興趣、愛好、家庭狀況。于是我和家長成了朋友,利用早上接待和下午離園的時間和家長交談,了解孩子們在家的表現(xiàn),身體狀況和當時的情緒,以便我更好的在一日生活中觀察孩子的,并有針對性的進行個別教育。愛孩子就是關懷孩子,孩子小,尿褲子是時有發(fā)生的事情,發(fā)生這樣的事情時,我總是不吭聲為孩子換下尿濕的褲子,洗凈曬干。因為這是孩子的小秘密。愛孩子就是尊重孩子,我們有個孩子鼻子上總是帶著鼻涕,我并沒有嫌棄他臟而不理他,相反當我看見他的鼻涕流出來時總是親自為他擦干凈。愛孩子就是責任,因為有了這份沉甸甸的責任,我們才會做得更好。孩子們由于年齡小,生活自理能力差,自我保護能力也不強,所以我會教給孩子們如何在不傷害別人的情況下保護自己。
    在今后的工作中,我將以更大的熱情來做好這個太陽底下最光輝的職業(yè),為孩子創(chuàng)設一個更為舒適溫馨的氛圍,讓每個孩子都能夠健康快樂的成長!

    2012—2013學年度第一學期教學工作總結
    此學期我擔任高一機械(1),計算機(8)班英語。由于本人教學時間不常,教學經(jīng)驗尚淺。在管理學生方面不能游刃有余,各個方面都需要適應。兩個班級都是高考班級,所以不管是在平時上課還是在不敢有絲毫的松懈。在學期結束之際,現(xiàn)將本學期的大體工作內容總結如下。
    一、備課要充分
    (一)實際上課中,備課是一個必不可少,十分重要的環(huán)節(jié)。如果備課不充分,會直接影響課堂氣氛和學生積極性,因此,認真鉆研教材,教學大綱和了解學生,顯得尤為重要。
    (二)努力培養(yǎng)學生的學習興趣,增強教學效果。把語言教學與日常生活聯(lián)系起來,上課可以結合時事、熱點,給學生講各方面的新聞、常識,以及英美文化等。還可以通過開辟第二課堂,如舉辦戲劇表演,英語原聲電影模仿等。
    (三)要善于調動課堂積極性,例如一進課堂老師說:“do you know some interesting place of shanghai?”學生會作出不同的回答,引出更多的對話,從而達到交際的目的。適當讓學生表演對話或課文內容并結合實際情況談談個人的感受。引導學生課后進行討論,排練,然后在課堂表演。多鼓勵,少批評。為了使學生更愛開口,在練習中,要重視運用鼓勵性語言,不斷強化學生參加交際的信心。
    二、培養(yǎng)學生獨立學習的習慣
    (一)通過輔導學生掌握一套科學的學習方法,培養(yǎng)學生的自學能力,才能使學生的學習積極性和主動性得以發(fā)揮。包括:培養(yǎng)學生的預習的習慣和能力、各種掌握英語基本知識的能力、學生自己整理所學知識的能力。
    (二)自學能力的提高還得益于大量的獨立的閱讀,于是學期開始就堅持每個學生每天做2篇閱讀理解,學5個詞組等。
    三、
    教學過程中存在的問題
    (一)本學期我擔任高一(1)班、高一(8)班兩個對口班的英語老師。機械班有很多同學都覺得英語,無論怎么學都是一樣,學多學少都一樣,學與不學都一樣,由于在課堂上只顧上課,不管學生。也沒有較多的管理經(jīng)驗。導致期中考試兩項評比都倒數(shù),這使人很丟面子,(二)經(jīng)過幾個月的鍛煉,逐漸與學生熟悉,也把教材梳理清楚了,后來的教學工作中,基本能協(xié)調好上課和管理班級秩序的能力
    四、自身基本素養(yǎng)的鍛煉
    加強自身基本功的訓練,精通英語學科的基礎知識和技能,在寫作,口語方面嚴格要求自己,多寫。多讀。在與學生的交往中,建立和諧友好的師生關系。以自己的言行,影響學生的行為,讓他們學會做人的道理。使學生在課堂上努力學習,課下也要按校紀班規(guī)嚴格約束自己。做一個有用的人!

    教學工作總結
    重新站在講臺上,是希望自己站在教育教學的原點上;重新操起教材,是希望自己實現(xiàn)懷揣的教育夢想;選擇與優(yōu)秀的人同行,是希望自己變得成熟、壯大。
    兩個月的教育教學工作,讓我感到不斷突圍的艱難:教育教學思想的轉變、教材的熟悉程度、學情的把握、課堂的掌控、與學生的密切程度、教研活動的開展、教學日記與論文的寫作等等。
    教育教學思想的更新,一直在努力地轉變,但總有傳統(tǒng)守舊的思想不時跳出來的階段,直接影響了教育教學行為。反省自己,還是感覺不夠大膽。都說“藝高人膽大”,放開思想,放開膽量,是否會實現(xiàn)教學相長呢?改變?yōu)椤澳懘笕怂嚫摺?。還應該多讀些新課程改革方面的理論書籍,讓先進的教育思想引領自己專業(yè)化方面不斷發(fā)展。
    教學是快還是慢的藝術,我覺得首先應該熟悉教材,熟悉學情,這是基礎。在此基礎上,才可以研究快慢的問題。教材諳熟才可能取舍恰當,駕馭自如;熟悉學情才可能如魚得水,提高教學實效。
    對學生的了解越多,關系越融洽,就能更好地把握學情,課堂掌控能力就能隨之提升。原來計劃每天找一名學生談心,每節(jié)課穿插講一個故事,每天記住3名學生的名字,學完教材給學生讀文質兼美的文章,但這些均為實現(xiàn),導致對學生的了解僅限于表象,與學生的關系也浮在表面,沒能深入地了解學情,課堂掌控時好時壞,效果不佳,需要盡早解決。
    教研活動的開展能不斷提升自身專業(yè)化的發(fā)展,公開課的開展沒能及時進行,延誤最后不了了之了,痛失良機。應在下學期及至以后,積極充分準備上好公開課,不要太在意自己,沒人也沒時間看你。
    教學日記的記錄和教學論文的寫作遠遠不夠,懶惰思想太嚴重,害人害己。堅持記日記、每學期兩篇教學論文的任務也沒能及時完成。在教學《紀念劉和珍君》一課時,改寫文章的第二、第四部分調動了學生的極大熱情,創(chuàng)造的火花得到了激活,可以梳理成一篇教學論文;在學生作文心理研究實驗時,只收集了一個班學生的《我是怎樣寫這篇作文的》,還沒有梳理成文,另外,后續(xù)的實驗活動也擱淺了。
    回顧兩個月的教學工作,深感愧疚、自責,要利用假期完成未就的后續(xù)工作,深化教育教學思想,做好下學期的工作計劃,用“不待揚鞭自奮蹄”、“只爭朝夕”自勉。

    本節(jié)重點以使用“by ”來闡述或表達做事的方法,在教學設計中我重點強調了如何用“by” 說、寫,用“i go to school by bike” 導入,之后讓學生discu學習中的策略,對程度較差的學生要求能用by 說一句話,對程度較好的學生要求用“by ”表達學習方法并能表明理由。這樣做就是最大限度的為聽力、閱讀文章作出鋪墊,而在文章的教學上首先讓學生找出顯在的方法句(即由“by ”引導的)和隱性的方法句(即沒有“by ”引導,但仍然呈現(xiàn)一種方法),緊接著就是詞匯的訓練,將其體現(xiàn)在句子中,由詞至句的操練,幫助學生明白意思并能掌握用法,而整個教學過程的檢測體現(xiàn)于pair work和group work之中。本節(jié)著重從以下幾點入手

    本節(jié)課讓學生學會描述自己和他人在外貌、性格、愛好等方面的變化。學會使用used to結構來表示過去經(jīng)常而現(xiàn)在已不存在的習慣或狀態(tài)。我在課前先讓學生欣賞歌曲《yesterday once more》,讓學生在懷舊的音樂氛圍中觀看一些舊照片,再通過新舊照片的對比來引出本課的教學重點并復習再現(xiàn)了一系列描述性形容詞。通過讓學生談論自己和他人的各種變化來鞏固練習used to 的用法,最后以 interview 來結束本課,希望學生能珍惜現(xiàn)在、展望未來。
    在教學中,我發(fā)現(xiàn)我對used to的用法講解的還不夠透徹,在后來的學生調查活動中,我發(fā)現(xiàn)學生對used to的用法還沒有完全掌握。若是我在教學中再做一下講解,板書再清晰些,相信效果會好點。
    1.針對日常教學重難點以及存在的疑難問題,自己出題進行針對性的訓練。教師應多思考,多研究,分析教材的重難點、找出學生出錯的根源,并把各種錯誤進行匯總,變換方式訓練,達到舉一反三的目的。例如,used to do sth., be/get used to(doing)sth.,be used to do sth., be used for doing sth.這些短語的用法,盡管反復訓練,錯誤重現(xiàn)率還是很高。我們應通過造句、看圖寫話、設置情景等方式不斷強化,再通過選擇填空、句型轉換、詞形轉換等題型進行訓練,達到靈活運用的目的;又如,don’t have to do
    1 sth.=don’t need to do sth.= needn’t do sth.這種句式不少學生難以理解,錯誤率也很高。要經(jīng)過教師的耐心講解、學生的反復練習,讓學生在練習中領會實義動詞與情態(tài)動詞的區(qū)別,最后達到熟能生巧直至掌握的目的。
    2.由淺入深,層層推進。對于學生難以理解的,先分類進行講解、訓練,待學生掌握后,再進行綜合講解、訓練。這種有計劃、分步驟、分層次的練習使學生的思路清晰,有利于彌補以前所學知識的欠缺。比如,時態(tài)一直是一些學生害怕的一個項目,到復習階段,各種時態(tài)混在一起,混淆不清:一般過去時與過去進行時;一般過去時與現(xiàn)在完成時;現(xiàn)在完成時與過去完成時;一般將來時與過去將來時等。分類訓練時,一定要學生弄清各種時態(tài)的特征:一般現(xiàn)在時表示經(jīng)常性、一貫性發(fā)生的動作,與它常用的時間狀語有:often , usually, always , on saturday, every day?過去完成時表示到過去某一時間止已經(jīng)完成和發(fā)生的動作或狀態(tài)。它表達的時間概念是“過去的過去”,與它連用的時間狀語有:如,by the end of,by last week,before,when?在單項訓練的基礎上,再進行綜合比較、鑒別、運用,學生會掌握地更牢固。如,在學習現(xiàn)在完成時時,我們按照學生的認知規(guī)律,設計以下練習:

    九年級英語unit 4 教學反思
    本堂課教學設計新穎,環(huán)環(huán)相扣,可以說最大的優(yōu)點就是形成了完整的知識體系,課堂設計生動靈活,極大地激發(fā)了學生的學習興趣和熱情,使學生在快樂中掌握了知識。當然本堂課也存在一些不足。比如,在課件制作時出現(xiàn)了一處筆誤,在調動學生積極性上還需下功夫,在環(huán)節(jié)設計上還需注意更多細節(jié)等。
    針對以上不足之處,我覺得今后在教學中應從以下幾方面來提高:
    首先,我們備課不僅僅要備教材,還要備學生。要根據(jù)學生英語基礎的實際情況,設計一些開放性的資料來提高課堂教學質量。當然這些我們自己設計的教學素材不能脫離教材本身。
    其次,英語課堂上我們應及時有效獲取學情反饋,有效地進行課前回顧,課堂小結等環(huán)節(jié)的落實。為有效地提高英語課堂教學效益,我們還可以制定科學的、操作性強的、激勵性的英語學習效果評價制度,以便在課堂教學過程中做出針對性的調整。
    本堂課的收獲和優(yōu)點:
    1.學生在本堂課中得到了較為充分的聽力和口頭訓練,而且面比較廣。尤其對初三即將參加明年英語中考的同學,這一點尤為重要。課堂上在我極力鼓勵和表揚下,一些原來在課堂上很難開口讀英語的學生,本堂課上有極大的進步。
    2.我覺得本堂課中,對本課的話題的導入做得很新穎別致。
    是從一個小故事入手,將單詞完全融入其中,激發(fā)了學生的學習興趣。

    本周,我們九年級英語學習第六單元,在本單元中主要是給學生介紹定語從句的用法。從八年級開始,學生就開始接觸定語從句,只是平時用的相對較少,對于有些基礎好的學生來說能夠理解,但是大部分學生還是掌握不了。下面是我對本單元上課后的一點小結:
    概念: 定語從句是用來修飾、描述或提供有關名詞、代詞或整個主句信息的從句。它在整個句子中起形容詞的作用。被修飾的名詞,語法上稱作先行詞。從句由關系代詞或關系副詞引導。關系代詞和關系副詞不僅起引導定語從句、連接先行詞的作用,同時還充當定語從句中的一個成分,如:主語、賓語、介詞賓語、表語、定語或狀語等。定語從句由下列關系代詞和關系副詞引導:
    1.修飾、指代人物
    關系代詞who,that 引導的從句修飾、指代人物,在從句中作主語。(1)關系代詞作主語
    (1)i thank the helped me.a.i thank the woman who helped me.b.i thank the woman that helped me.(2)關系代詞作賓語
    關系代詞whom, who, that 在從句中作動詞賓語時,修飾、指代人物。whom 是賓格形式,常用于較正式的英語中。who和that 常用于口語和非正式的英語中。在口語和非正式英語中更多的情況下,作動詞賓語的關系代詞常被省略。

    例句: the movie wasn’t very saw it last movie that we saw last night wasn’t very good. movie which we saw last night wasn’t very good.9 movie we saw last night wasn’t very good.我們昨晚看的那部電影不怎么樣。
    關系代詞that / which 引導的從句修飾名詞the movie。在從句that we saw last night中,that/ which 作動詞saw的賓語。關系代詞作動詞賓語的時候可以省略。
    (3)關系代詞作介詞賓語
    在從句中,如果關系代詞是作介詞的賓語,正式英語中需要前置,即,將介詞置于關系代詞之前。
    例句: he is standing on a it firm enough? the chair on which he is standing firm enough? 他站的那把椅子結實嗎?
    on which he is standing 是which引導的從句,修飾the chair。which在從句中作介詞on的賓語。在英語口語和非正式的英語中,介詞可以放在動詞的后面。關系代詞可以用which, that, 也可以省略。
    the chair which he is standing on firm enough? the chair that he is standing on firm enough? the chair he is standing on firm enough? 在例句b.c.d.,從句that he is standing on中的介詞后置,關系代詞作介詞on的賓語,可以用that/which, 也可以省略。
    (4)應該使用that的情況
    有些情況下,that不能與which交換使用。
    a.當從句修飾不定代詞,如all, everything, something, little, much, none,the only, those 等時,必須用that 來引導從句。在從句中that作動詞的直接賓語時,可以省略。例: listen, there is something(that)i must tell you.聽著,有些事情我必須告訴你。
    b.如果先行詞被上述不定代詞所修飾時,引導從句的關系代詞也應用that.例: all the apples(that)we picked were sent to the factory.所有的我們摘的蘋果都送到工廠去了。

    when 引導的從句往往是用來修飾一個表示時間的名詞,如:time, year, month, day, century 等等。when 在從句中起時間狀語的作用。
    (1)i’ll never forget the day.i met you then(on that day).a.i’ll never forget the day when i met you.b.i’ll never forget the day on which i met you.我永遠也忘不了見到你的那一天。
    例句a.中when引導的從句修飾the 在從句中起時間狀語的作用,意思是on the day.因此,when可以用on which替代。
    (2)1949 is the new china was founded then(in that year).11 a.1949 is the year when the new china was founded.b.1949 is the year in which the new china was 引導的從句修飾表示時間的名詞the year.1949年是新中國成立的那一年。when在從句中作時間狀語,意思是in that year.在此句中,when 可以用in which 來替換。看例句b.在句中,which 指代的是the year.(3)7:50 is the plane arrives then(at that time).a.7:50 is the time when my plane arrives.b.7:50 is the time at which my plane arrives.7:50 是我乘坐的飛機到達的時間。
    when引導的從句修飾名詞the time, when在從句中作時間狀語。意思是at that time.在這句話中,when可以用at which替代。
    5.修飾表示地點的名詞
    where引導的從句用來修飾表示地點的名詞,例如:city, country, room, house等等。where 在從句中起地點狀語的作用。
    (1)the building is very lives there(in that building). building where he lives is very building in which he lives is very old. building which he lives in is very building that he lives in is very building he lives in is very old.他住的那座樓很舊。
    在從句中作地點狀語,意思是in that building.b.介詞前置。
    c.d.e.介詞在原來的位置上。如果用where引導從句修飾名詞,從句中就不必使用介詞。否則就必須
    使用介詞。
    (2)that is the are going to have a picnic there(at that park).12 is the park where we are going to have a is the park at which we are going to have a is the park which we are going to have a picnic is the park that we are going to have a picnic is the park we are going to have a picnic at.那就是我們將去吃野餐的公園。(我們將在那個公園吃野餐)。where 的意思是at the park, 可以用at which替換。6.非限定性從句
    限定性定語從句起限制、確定先行詞的作用,用來說明先行詞的特征與屬性。如果省略,就會影響句子的意思。
    非限定性定語從句則是起補充信息的作用,如果省略,并不會影響句子的意思。非限定性定語從句與主句用逗號分開。非限定性定語從句常用于書面語。
    (1) friend who had been driving all day suggested stopping at the next town.我那位開了一整天車的朋友建議到下一個鎮(zhèn)子停下。
    這是一句限定性定語從句。這句話的含義是說還有其他不開車的朋友
    , who had been driving all day, suggested stopping at the next town.彼特開了一整天車,他建議到下一個鎮(zhèn)子停下。
    這是一句非限定性定語從句的句子,它只起補充信息的作用。如果,將從句who had been driving all day略掉,也不會影響句子的原意。
    (2)the books , which you can get at any bookshop, will give you all the information you need.這些書將為你提供所需要的所有信息,你可以在任何一家書店買到。
    (3)ann, whose children are at school all day, is trying to get a job.安的孩子們整天都在學校,(所以)她試圖找一份工作做。
    注意: 在非限定性定語從句中,只有wh-的代詞可以使用。無論指人或指物都不能使用that。
